Aproximativ două săptămîni în urmă, formele pentru flori, care blocau accesul în scuarul B68 şi împiedicau șoferii să-și parcheze mașinile, au fost îndepărtate şi scuarul a devenit iarăşi un loc de parcare. Drept consecință, una dintre băncile instalate în august 2012, care oferea un loc de șezut, a dispărut, iar alta a fost între timp stricată. A trecut mult timp pînă administrația publică a hotărît să le înlăture, iar noi ne întrebăm din ce cauză?

Aici trebuie să-i “mulțumim” persoanei “superbe” care a îndepărtat formele din beton. Acum ai oportunitatea minunată de a te ciocni cu băieți atrăgători şi fete frumoase şi a obține mai multă “intimitate”, din moment ce spațiul scuarului a fost redus mult de tot, datorită mașinilor care ocupă cea mai mare parte din el.

De asemenea, ne-am informat din ce cauză au fost îndepărtate formele pentru flori. Pompierii, care ar trebui să aibă acces la clădirea administrativă din strada București 68  în caz de incendiu, s-au dovedit a fi motivul principal – totuși, acesta nu este răspunsul oficial (nici un răspuns oficial nu a fost oferit în această privinţă). Bine, acest motiv ne pare rezonabil într-o anumită măsură, dar ce părere aveți despre mașinile care sunt parcate acum în zonă și blochează intrarea pompierilor? Un alt argument ar fi că în timpul zilei este mai ușor de mutat mașinile decât pietrele, dar aceasta  pare doar o scuză ieftină, pentru că sunt sigură că pompierii ar îndepărta pietrele mai repede decât mașinile. Pentru a îndepărta mașinile ei ar avea nevoie să-i telefoneze  pe proprietari și să le ceară să le mute, fapt care probabil, ar lua cu mult mai mult timp.

E păcat că scuarul a fost furat din nou de la oameni, iar ei acum trebuie să meargă şerpuit ca să-l traverseze, pierzîndu-şi în acest fel timpul.

About two weeks ago the stones that were closing the “B68” square from cars were moved and the square became a parking lot again. As a consequence, one of the benches that was installed last August and was offering a place for people to sit was also taken away, the other one got broken in the meantime. It took many months for the local administration to remove them, we wonder why?

Here we have to “thank” this ‘amazing’ person who moved the stones. You get the wonderful opportunity to bump into hot guys and girls again, and get more “intimate” with them since the space of the square suddenly reduced as the cars occupy most of it.

We also informed ourselves why the stones were moved. The firemen, who should have access to the administrative building at Bucuresti 68 Street in case of fire, proved to be the reason behind it – however it’s not the official answer (no official answer was given for that). Well, this sounds reasonable to a certain point, but what do you think about the cars that are now parked in the area and blocking the way for the fire brigade? Another argument would be that during the day it is easier to remove the cars than the stones, which seems to be just a cheap excuse, because I am sure the fire brigade will move the stones faster than the cars. To remove the cars they would need to call the cars owners and ask them to remove it, which will probably take more time.

It’s a pity that the square was stolen again from people who have to walk in snake lines again if they want to cross it and lose time doing so.
